Hi. I’m Paul, and today I’m here to talk to you about some successful tips for implementing Dynamics 365. So the focus on today’s minute is how to deliver transformation at the same time as delivering a successful Dynamics 365 project. So we’re going to give you five simple tips on how to successfully transform your business at the same time as implementing the technology.
Tip one, leading change. Getting the right social leadership, the right shared vision, and the sponsorship from the organization, but not just delivering technology, but also transformation is critical.
Step two, the big opportunity. It’s really important to develop urgency in the organization as to why you need to do things differently. Doing things differently is what the transformation’s all about.
Step three, readiness for transformation. Assessing your readiness, ensuring you have the right governance structures in place, and then assessing your internal technology capability will be critical for getting the benefits you want to deliver from a transformation.
Step four, structure to succeed. Having the right model for the transformation means focusing on the benefits you want to achieve, and if you remain focused on the benefits throughout the lifetime of the transformation, whatever you do with Dynamics 365 and the technology will always focus back on ensuring that it aligns with benefits for your objective.
And finally, step five, accelerating change. That means curating a transformational network within your organization, bringing your employees into why you need to change and what you’re hoping to achieve. That becomes then part of your wider change management as you move into program mode.
