Yes, the PowerLastActivity solution can handle high volumes of activities, and there is no limit to what volume the solution will deal with.
Yes! You configure the PowerLastActivity solution to grab custom CRM actvities from the configuration screen. Simply navigate in CRM to Settings > Solutions > and double click on PowerLastActivity. In the configuration screen that is displayed, select the Setup tab. In this tab you will be able to pick and choose which activity types you would like populated in the Last Activity field. Both out-of-the-box and custom activities will be shown here.
Actvities that are set-out into the future or that have not been marked as "completed" will not be tracked by the PowerLastActivity solution.
The PowerLastActivity plugins will fire upon the completion of an activity. The fields should be filled out within a minute of an activity being completed.
The PowerLastActivity solution will recognize out-of-the-box CRM activities such as; phone calls, emails, appointments, etc. as well as custom activity types.
