PowerObjects is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 PSA Consultant to join their award-winning, global team. The D365 PSA Consultant is responsible for all aspects of the functional workstream. They will be comfortable leading customer facing functional workshops, teams of functional consultants, interacting with technical workstreams and business analysts. They will have expert level knowledge on the out-of-the-box features and functionality and be a champion of delivering against requirements using code-free solutions. They will stay up to date on the latest functionality – Dynamics, Azure, Data & AI, O365 and help mentor team members both in a project and practice context. APAC – Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement Presales Solution Director – Singapore

The Solution Director’s primary responsibility is to work in partnership with Business Development Directors, and other sales resources as assigned/needed, to participate in the execution of the PowerObjects’ Evaluation Process. This will be done by doing discovery with potential customers, understanding requirements, conducting functional analyses, gap/fit processes and documentation findings, and using those findings to build a configured solution demonstration with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE/CRM). In addition, the Solution Director will be responsible for developing project estimates and scope statements for proposals.
