PowerObjects, an HCL Technologies Company is seeking an Accounting Assistant – Revenue Processes to join their award winning and growing team. This person will assist the Accounting Team on multiple projects and tasks, including but not limited to account reconciliations, invoicing, accounts receivable and more. The qualified candidate must be extremely detail-oriented, have the ability to multitask and be meticulously organised, with the ability to prioritise multiple demands in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Functions

  • Account reconciliation and maintenance
  • Assist in processing and maintaining weekly and monthly invoices
  • Creation and maintenance of various reports in Dynamics CRM and SL
  • Creating and maintaining tax filings with states
  • Travel, services and recurring invoicing
  • Assist in any general accounting duties and daily deposit

Required Skills and Experience

  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in similar role
  • Experience working with SAP or Dynamics SL accounting systems a plus
  • Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Excel
