The Customer Success Specialist will be responsible for creating and executing on the processes needed for a world class customer reference program. This is a non-customer facing role in the marketing department that will work to ensure customer data and project information is captured in PowerObjects’ Microsoft Dynamics 365. They will directly help the Customer Success team to grow our internal customer reference program and learn the details to projects that PowerObjects has delivered. This role is also responsible for PowerPlus lead gen to other members of the team. They will review our current account base and seek out upcoming PowerPlus opportunities. The purpose of the role is to help leverage data to help PowerObjects achieve our organizational goals. Candidates must have the ability to multitask, be meticulously organized, and be able to prioritize multiple demands in a fast-paced environment while working collaboratively with our Sales, Delivery, and Marketing teams.

Essential Functions

  • Ownership of customer project information in Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Attending all project wrap calls to ensure knowledge transfer of information is successful
  • Monitor new customer information and track within Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Expanding current capabilities of tracking customer data in Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Early reference Lead Generation: working with the delivery teams to identify potential PowerPlus relationships
  • Work with Delivery team in project wrap meeting to expand customer’s knowledge of future support models post go-live
  • Understanding and evangelizing the “Raving Fans” Philosophy

Required Skills and Experience

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) a plus
