PowerObjects is seeking a Customer Support Professional to join their award winning and growing team. Strong customer service and knowledgeable communication skills are going to be crucial to the support professional’s success. Candidates must have the ability to multitask, be meticulously organized, and be able to prioritize multiple demands in a fast-paced environment while working collaboratively with our PowerPack and R&D teams, among others.


Essential Functions

  • Ability to answer general questions about any PowerObjects-developed Microsoft Dynamics 365 add-ons via phone, email, and Live Chat
  • Provide troubleshooting assistance & customer support to internal employees and end users
  • Product development: collect and pass on customer feedback/enhancement suggestions to developers
  • Deliver functional demos to external users focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and PowerObjects’ PowerPack add-ons
  • Capacity to become an expert in PowerPack add-on support
