The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Portal Consultant will act as a liaison between customer and internal teams on Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement (CRM) projects (implementations, customisations, web development, and more). The individual will be responsible for one or more aspects of the project including configuration, web development, training, business analysis and support with a focus on Dynamics 365 Portals. The Dynamics 365 Portal Consultant carries the ultimate responsibility for meeting the customer requirements and completing the project. They must be extremely detail-oriented, have the ability to multitask, be meticulously organised, and be able to prioritise multiple demands in a fast-paced environment.


Essential Functions

  • Contribute to the success of a project
  • Facilitate project risks assessment and analysis
  • Develop project budget and ensure work is completed on-track and within budget
  • Gather and document business requirements
  • Produce design specifications that match project goals
  • Produce wireframes including branding to highlight user journeys and page content layout
  • Assist technical consultants with architecting Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement related customisations to model the client’s organisational processes
  • Co-Ordinate with overseas team on custom development, complex customisations and portals
  • Develop test plans and scripts
  • Contribute to system and end-to-end testing of the application
  • Contribute to weekly status meetings and send weekly status updates
  • Conduct design review sessions with the customer to demonstrate completed work and gather adjustments as well as changes

  • JavaScript
  • JavaScript frameworks such as:

  • Angular
  • 1 – 3 years’ experience in a business analysis capacity preferred
  • Up-to-date understanding of business processes, issues, and technology especially related to the operation of a sales, marketing, and customer service departments within an organisation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication

  • Ability to speak with clients at all levels within an organization
  • Advanced use of Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and Visio
