PowerObjects is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Programme Co-Ordinator to join their award winning and growing team. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide support to the Programme and Project Managers in successful programme and project delivery by supporting the programme, project and delivery teams. The Programme Co-Ordinator will also be responsible for ensuring adherence to PowerObjects Proven Process methodology and will be a strong advocate of PowerObjects culture including our guiding principles of: Always add value; Think team; Love what you do; Live the technology; Do the right thing.


Essential Functions

  • Supporting programme and project management teams in all mobilisation tasks
  • Onboarding activities for the project including onboarding pack as well as ensuring all project team members are appraised of project ways of working
  • Ensuring all team members have access to all relevant tools and necessary logins required for them to work efficiently
  • Ensuring a glossary of terms exists for the programme and is understood and communicated within the teams
  • Day to day management of resource tracking ranging from availability on site to ensuring that holidays are recorded correctly
  • The administration of SharePoint and Teams sites as well as other project tools
  • Ensuring configuration and document controls are in place and communicated to all project team members
  • Support Programme and Project Managers in maintaining all levels of plans as required using reports from tools, from Project Managers, or from the outcomes of project/programme and board level meetings and workshops
  • Support project managers in ensuring that upcoming tasks are understood by and communicated to all team members
  • Support the alignment and progress of tasks in Azure DevOps to progress of milestones and deliverables in project plans
  • Support project managers in preparing workshop schedules and assisting with the tracking of these
  • Ensure actions and outputs from workshops are recorded and managed correctly
  • Prepare and publish surveys for monitoring client feedback. Analyse results from surveys and ensure this is fed back to the project teams for action where necessary.
  • Prepare consolidated material from project and programme reports for project reviews
  • Complete and distribute weekly project and programme reporting and monthly internal project implementation review (PIR) reports
  • Support project mangers in the preparation of financial reporting for projects and for the programme
  • Support programme and project managers in ensuring adherence to PowerObjects and client governance standards on projects and programmes in line with PowerObjects Proven Process
  • Ensure the change control process is adhered to across all projects and programmes
  • Ensure that RAID logs are updated by project team members and reviewed on a regular basis
  • Ensure that programme and project level Lessons Learned are recorded on a regular basis and communicated across the team
  • Liaise with other PMO Consultants and the Central PMO to help ensure that standards are implemented consistently across all projects
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of PowerObjects Proven Process and the associated templates throughout the project lifecycle to identify enhancements
  • Ad hoc duties as required as required to support the smooth running of the project

Required Skills and Experience

  • Exhibit PowerObjects’ Guiding Principles of Think Team, Always Add Value, Love What You Do, Live the Technology, Do the Right Thing
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas: business or IT, IT consulting or professional services, programme co-ordination/administration, IT project management
  • Experience of managing small projects, or exposure to the end to end project lifecycle, or managing substantial parts of the project lifecycle
  • Experience of working within a structured project management framework
  • Experience of multi-tasking and the ability to prioritise work accordingly
  • Working knowledge of business tools – Microsoft Office, Visio, Project and Skype
  • Working knowledge of resource planning tools
  • Interpersonal skills, critical listening, conflict resolution, empathy
  • Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels, including the ability to tailor communications and convey information in a meaningful way to each type of audience
  • Must be able to travel within the UK as well as be away from home for extended periods of time
