The Graphic Designer is responsible for conceiving and executing great design for both client-facing and internal assets. The Graphic Designer works closely with the entire Marketing Team to create designs for promotional materials, web page assets, print documents, social advertisements, UI elements, case studies, e-books, video graphic elements and other assets as needed. The Graphic Designer will ensure all work meets PowerObjects’ brand standards and guidelines.


Essential Functions

  • Study design briefs and determine requirements
  • Manage projects and deliver requirements in a timely manner
  • Conceptualise visuals based on requirements
  • Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
  • Present rough drafts to Marketing Team
  • Work with copywriters and Marketing Operations Director to produce final designs
  • Test and deliver graphics across various media
  • Amend designs based on feedback
  • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and meet PowerObjects’ brand standards and guidelines

Required Skills and Experience

  • Hands-on knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, HTML and CSS
  • 2+ years Graphic Design experience with available portfolio
  • Experience with User Interface (UI) Design and best practices
  • Experience with Responsive Web Design and best practices a plus
  • Experience with designing, editing and maintaining WordPress websites a plus
