PowerObjects, an HCL Technologies Company, is seeking an Internal Trainer to join their award winning and growing team in Egham. This individual will work closely with global Talent and UK Leadership teams, hiring and reporting managers, and PowerObjects talent acquisition team on diverse staffing and onboarding needs in the EMEA region.

Essential Functions

  • Facilitate and manage PowerObjects induction and orientation processes for new joiners out of the PowerObjects Egham office
  • Work closely with the global Talent Acquisition team and local UK PMO, HR and IT teams to plan and coordinate in-person onboarding activities and training
  • Enthusiastically promote PowerObjects’ vision, culture, and guiding principles
  • Serve as point person for joiner onboarding questions and ensure smooth transition to hiring teams
  • Ensure new joiners are meeting compliance requirements
  • Monitor and report to on EMEA induction and orientation activities to global Talent team
  • Communicate recruiting and onboarding challenges to the global Talent team and help troubleshoot for resolution
  • Train and mentor local EMEA hiring and reporting managers on PowerObjects onboarding process and expectations
  • Work collaboratively with Director of Talent Acquisition, Global Onboarding Manager and local EMEA Leadership on strategy for lateral joiner onboarding programs
  • Work with the global CIT Program Manager and local Talent Development Coordinator to provide assistance during Consultant in Training programs and to identify and coordinate continuing education initiatives in the EMEA region
  • Employ Microsoft Dynamics 365 or alternative programs, as an onboarding tracking system
  • Work with global Talent team on onboarding best practices and policy adherence
  • General process improvement and procedural analysis for onboarding activities
  • Participate in weekly team meetings by coming prepared, actively listening to issues and contributing ideas

  • Must be present in the Egham office 5 day per week during business hours

  • Solid Office 365 skills (Microsoft Teams/SharePoint, OneNote, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) 
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively across all organizational levels and across geos 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
