PowerObjects to Host First Field Service Webinar with New Field Service Practice Director Dan Cefaratti

PowerObjects, an HCL Company, is hosting a webinar featuring the recently hired Field Service Practice Director, Dan Cefaratti. The webinar, “Field Service and CRM: A Dynamic Pair”, will focus on the field service functionality that is included in existing Dynamics CRM professional licenses.

The webinar will take place on Thursday, February 25 from 10:00 am CT to 11:00 am CT and registration is now open. Cefaratti will cover topics including: how field service functionality is now a part of Dynamics CRM; an overview of core field service components, benefits of an integrated field service system; and a demonstration of field service for Dynamics CRM.
