View everything related to an entity within one window in Microsoft Dynamics 365.

What is PowerOneView?

In today’s fast-paced world, it’s more important than ever to get a 360-degree view of customers at the click of a button. With the power of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and PowerOneView, it is now possible to view all records and information related to an entity in a single configurable reading pain.

Simply open a contact, lead, account, opportunity or any other record, click on PowerOneView and all related records will instantly display in the OneView pane. Simply scroll through the records one by one while the reading pane displays each record’s contents. In other words, it is no longer necessary to open each and every record to see its contents!

When imported, PowerOneView is automatically added to the following entities: Contact, Lead, Account, Opportunity and Case. However, it can easily be added to any other entity within Dynamics 365 – even custom entities!

  • Consolidate all related activities and records in one view so that you can quickly scroll through and get insight into everyone’s interactions with the person, opportunity, account, case, etc.
  • Select how you want to view related records:
    • By date created
    • By date modified
    • By record type
    • By record status
  • Select whether or not to include child records in your view.
  • Configure the reading pane based on your preferences and then peer into each related record without actually having to open it.
  • Apply PowerOneView to any or all related records, including custom records!
  • Select whether to display records in a grid view or a tree view. The latter can be incredibly useful when you’d like to see, for example, which activities are related to the contacts within an account. Both are shown below:

Price is per user, per month. All enabled users are automatically counted – this includes read-only users, admin-only users and service accounts.
