Hi, I'm Cecilie and today we're going to talk about Microsoft Dynamics 365 and what it means for you. You're probably wondering what Dynamics 365 is. Dynamics 365 was introduced by Microsoft at CRMUG 2016 and it's said to be the next generation of intelligent business applications.

There's three things that Dynamics 365 is not. First of all it's not a new product. Second of all it's not a migration. Third of all you don't have to upgrade to it. What Dynamics 365 actually is, is a licensing and pricing change. The way the licenses are structured are now around a user's job function or work load instead of around the product itself.

Why the change? Microsoft has introduced a common data model that makes it easier for end user to integrate Office 365, Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft AX. For example users can pull data from any of those three platforms and view it all in one report.

With all these changes PowerObjects is still going to be here to assist you through your Dynamics 365 journey. Feel free to check out our webinar to learn more about Dynamics 365 and what it means for you. Remember to reach out to us with any questions that you have. You can contact your account executive or you can contact myself. Thanks for watching our CRM Minute.
